How do I know if a product is in stock?
Products that are out of stock will be marked. However, if you order a product that isn’t immediately available, you will be notified within 24 hours.
Currency and payment methods?
Prices are stated in CDN$, and we accept Visa or MasterCard. For your security, payments for all purchases made on this site are processed through Shopify, in compliance with the highest standards. Fluf does not receive or store credit card numbers from online transactions.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
What are Fluf’s shipping rates?
Fluf covers the shipping cost on all orders over $70. For orders less than $70, we charge a flat rate of $6.95 to all destinations within Canada and the contiguous US.
Will sales tax be added to my order?
Orders shipping to destinations within Canada will be charged applicable sales taxes. Orders shipping to US addresses will not be charged sales tax.
How soon will my order ship?
Orders generally ship within two to three business days of the order date. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will notify you.
Where do orders ship from? What carrier?
Orders shipping to destinations in Canada ship out of Toronto. Orders shipping to destinations in the US ship out of Michigan. Orders ship by FedEx Ground. Ship time is approximately 2-7 days, depending on destination. If you require expedited shipping, please place your order over the phone and that can be arranged.
Do you ship to international addresses?
We currently offer delivery throughout Canada and the contiguous United States only (we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or off-shore US territories). We regret that we cannot ship to other destinations at this time. If you would like to order Fluf products to an international address, you can order from Amazon.com, which offers shipping globally.
What is Fluf’s return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied! You are welcome to return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the date of purchase, provided that the product is in its original condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt and product tag(s). We’ll refund your card for the purchase price, less shipping, once we receive your return package. Please see our full return policy for more information, and instructions on how to return or exchange an item.
How do I care for my Fluf products?
Effortless washability is a non-negotiable for us. All of our cotton products are machine washable. We recommend air-drying. Tyvek products can all be washed with gentle soap and water. Each product also contains an individual care label, which will provide more information specific to your product.
